Quilt Raffle to Benefit Stecoah Valley Center! The Liberty Lane Quilters of Robbinsville, NC has donated a beautiful, handmade quilt to the Stecoah Valley Center to be raffled off.

The quilt pattern is called Patriotic Triangles and is a multi color star pattern on a white background. The quilt is on display in the Lynn S. Shields Auditorium at the Center.

Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Raffle tickets will be sold in the Artisan Gallery at the Center and also available online at www.stecoahvalleycenter.com.

- Live Music by Summer Brooke and the Mountain Faith Band
- Fun for the whole family!The Robbinsville annual 2019 Flame Azalea Festival is coming up on Jun 14-15. Volunteers are needed on Hooper Bald to pretty up the trail and gently weed around these very special Hooper Bald Flame Azaleas. Come to Hooper Bald on Saturday morning, May 11th, at 9:00am to help. bring gloves, clippers, rakes, weedeaters, whatever you think can be used and bring water and snacks for yourself. check next week's paper (The Graham Star) to learn the details about the photo contest for the best picture of the native flame azalea.
