FISHING- Big Snowbird boasts being a premiere, “top ten” North Carolina Trout Stream. With multiple additional Trout Stream fishing opportunity’s within a short drive, such as – Santeetlah, Slick Rock, Natahala, West Buffalo, Yellow Creek, “Rivers Edge” is a Fisherman’s dream.
HIKING/BIKING – Our Property adjoins Natahala National Forest, so you can walk to hiking/Mountain Biking trail! PLUS- Hundreds of Miles of trails within a 30 min. drive in Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Tsali Recreation Area, and Natahalah National Forest.
TUBING/WHITEWATER RAFTING- Tube on Big Snowbird, and “Take Out” at our Lodge! Whitewater rafting on the nearby Natahala and Cheoah Rivers.
RELAXING- Quite, Dead End Road NO Traffic, Private, Relax on your 1,000 feet of deck overlooking 600′ of Big Snowbird Creek. You may not see or hear a car while staying at “Rivers Edge”! VERY RELAXING! (warining- there is a “land line” phone and wi-fi for your use, but is unlikely you will have cell service, personally, we like that)

Main Floor- Living room w/wood burning Fire place, Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom w/Two Twin Beds, Deck overlooking Big Snowbird Creek.
Lower Level- Bedroom w/Queen Bed, Bathroom Recreation Room, Futon. Foosball, Darts, Corn Hole, to add for your recreational and relaxation enjoyment. Also, a newly added SAUNA!
