The Heart Center is a unique retreat for the mind, body, and soul. It is our intention to provide a comfortable, peaceful, restorative, and joyful experience to our guests and retreat participants.
We invite you to reclaim your own inner peace, physical and emotional harmony, innate wisdom and power, strengthen your personal relationships, and rediscover your unique connection to nature and the divine.
LOCATION
We are located in the Great Smoky Mountains, surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest- Its rivers, lakes, and trails are our playground. The beauty and peace of this incredible setting creates a wonderful opportunity to connect with oneself. We believe in the unity and oneness of it all and our desire is to help you experience it.
ACCOMMODATIONS
In our efforts to provide comfortable, unique, and harmonious accommodations, we offer a variety of choices to our visitors. Our true log cabins are 2 bedroom, 2 bath featuring a large loft, spacious bathrooms, great room with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, picture windows, fully equipped kitchen, and wrap-around decks. These cozy and healing getaways are wonderfully secluded and surrounded by lush forests and the songs of nature.
For a truly unique experience, stay in one of our authentic and artistic Mongolian Yurts, with hand painted artwork, sky views, decks, grill/fire pit, and pristine nature all around. Also, we offer a delightful escape in our American Yurt.
The A-frame, Gypsy, offers a truly a unique experience in a magical setting. Enjoy all that nature has to offer from the comfort of a futon that looks out through a wall panel that opens up to the beauty outside. In addition, enjoy a delicious meal in the fire pit.
Vagus the Wanderer, an A-liner trailer, is a tiny home away from home with all that you need to do your own thing including a queen bed, refrigerator, 2-burner stove, dining table, sink, and an outdoor shower.
We also offer tent camping sites in tuned with nature. Stay at one of our primitive sites including tent pad and fire pit.
CENTER AMENITIES
All accommodations/lodging includes the use of center amenities including bu not limited to, meditation room, labyrinth, gymnasium, children’s playground, tennis, basketball, pickle-ball, and hot shower facilities.
SERVICES
The Heart Center is committed to offering holistic, restorative, and healing services to our guests. With this in mind, guests can schedule by appointment, reiki energy work, life path coaching & guidance, yoga & meditation, enneagram workshops, labyrinth walk, and group or individual retreats.
COME RELAX AT OUR SPA
The spa offers a 30-minute infrared sauna session where you can melt away and allow the inner heat to soothe sore muscles, improve sleep, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation.
Also, we have a practitioner who offers a 45 minute auriculotherapy treatment which involves the application of safe and non-invasive EarSeeds that stimulate nerve endings in the ear and may have a therapeutic effect to promote balance and wellbeing in the body.
Last but not least, let your feet soak for a 45 minute foot bath session in a warm ionic bath to help restore wellbeing, boost the body’s defenses, cleanse toxins, and enhance general health.
SACRED CHOICE CAFE
As part of our commitment to provide a holistic and restorative experience for our guests, The Sacred Choice Cafe offers a peaceful and relaxing, all-inclusive and friendly ambiance in which to share meals with guests and staff. It is our sincere desire to get to know you and partake in meaningful conversations that will help us to spread a message of unity, love, peace, wellness, and joy.
The Sacred Choice Cafe may also be rented for, special events, group retreats, workshops, catering, cooking classes, and food experiences.
