Phillips Historic Motel & Cottages

Phillips Historic Motel & Cottages

Phillips Historic Motel & Cottages is a quaint, historic motel in downtown Robbinsville with quiet motel rooms, one and two bedroom apartments with kitchens, and 6 three-bedroom cottages. Sit at one of our tables in our front garden area, or enjoy one of our fire-pits at night.
We’ve been a Robbinsville favorite for over 70 years, with many configurations of rooms to suit different needs: rooms with double beds, queen beds, king beds, 2 double beds, 2 queen beds, family apartments and 3-bedroom houses for rent on a nightly basis. Some small rooms are perfect for just one person who just needs a comfortable bed and shower. Our larger rooms and houses can sleep many people in groups.
All rooms include microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave ovens and coffee makers with complimentary dark-roast coffee (and now tea too!).
Changes in 2018.
We now have an air-conditioned lobby area and front desk to welcome you for check in (no more bank teller glass window)!
We just installed 2 new, large, covered-motorcycle parking areas in summer 2018, giving the property 4 covered parking areas! Spacious room 101 now has 2 queen beds instead of 2 doubles).
Many exteriors are getting fresh paint and the new owner has brought new umbrella shades for the front garden tables.
We now have over 100 TV channels and will be improving soon upon that. Upgrades are constant.
We’ve changed our “NO PETS” policy to PET FRIENDLY now in some rooms. We love house trained, quiet animals. Please bring a crate for when you’re out of the room.
We’ve replaced several beds and we’re slowly making improvements all over the property to make your stays more comfortable.

We are centrally located just 1/2 block off famous route 129, in the heart of downtown Robbinsville, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Yet quietly OFF the main highway.
