Cabin elevation is 2200′ providing cooler temperatures in summer. Has boat access to Lake Santeetlah within the community. Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, & blender. Wi-Fi available, has cell phone reception, 2 flat screen TV’s, central heat & air, propane gas stove in living room, washer and dryer, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguisher. Gas grill, patio furniture and fire-pit area. Parking for 3 vehicles and gravel roads throughout community (not suitable for motorcycles).
