5th Annual Graham County Native Azalea Festival

The 2022 Annual Native Azalea Festival
Join us from near or far for a two-week celebration of the Beautiful Azalea Blooms. Friday, June 10th through Sunday, June 19th.
The festival will kick off officially the evening of June 12th with a Bluegrass All Stars performance at Stecoah Valley Center at 7 pm. Go to Stecoah Valley Center website to find out more and buy tickets.
Enjoy a self-guided hike around Hooper Bald off the Cherohala Skyway to view these beautiful flame azaleas or follow along from home on our You Tube page or Facebook..
There you can view images from year’s past, watch a 360* hike to Hooper Bald, enjoy a virtual hike from the comfort of your home, and even learn about the history and important cultural significance of Hooper Bald and the Native Flame Azalea.

On Saturday, June 18th and Sunday, June 19th there will be guided hikes to explore Hooper Bald and the Native Flame Azaleas with Experts Along the Way, giving the history and information about the Azaleas.
