Introducing the Sundown Band –
Join us on the Courthouse Square for an Oldies Night with The Sundown Band, a local favorite that will liven things up with their eclectic mix of country, soft rock and Motown covers from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s — Americana at its best. Sundown is a blend of Alabama harmonies with a bit of Positive Force funk that keeps you wondering just what they might play next. Whatever decade you memories are held in there’s a song that will transport you back in time.
All members hail from Western North Carolina: Don O’Dell (keys/vocals), Rick Trammell (acoustic guitar/lead vocals), Jamie Nichols (vocals/lead guitar), Greg Bauman (lead guitar/vocals), Kemmy Garrett (bass), and Wayne Barter (drums).

Bring your dancing shoes and get ready to have fun! In Robbinsville, NC we have a long standing tradition of dancing in the streets — join us every Friday night from May through August for a live band performing dance music.
