2026 Flame Azalea Festival Organization Registration

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Flame Azalea Festival. Artists and craft vendors who submit photos and Organizations who have planned activities are given priority. You will be notified by email of the receipt of your application and a followup email will confirm your acceptance into this year’s festival. Acceptance emails will include a digital payment link.

Vendor fees are $30 per 10′ X 10’ space for organizations. Fees are waived for non-profit organizations.

FLAME AZALEA FESTIVAL LIABILITY WAIVER

In consideration of my participation being accepted, I intend to be legally bound, and do hereby for myself, heirs and executors, Waive all rights and claims for damages which may hereafter accrue to me against the Graham County Travel & Tourism Authority, County of Graham, Graham County Schools, all the officials & volunteers of the Flame Azalea Festival, and subsidiary or political division thereof, its or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and sponsors from all claims and liabilities of kind arising out of my participation in this event; even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or persons named in this waiver. I have read the above release and understand that I am participating at my own risk. Each participant is responsible to provide their own license, bond & insurance coverage to protect their customers or individuals from any liability incurred from, by, or because of their participation during above mention event. Vendors are responsible for having the appropriate tax identification numbers required by the State of North Carolina and are solely responsible for the collection and remittance of North Carolina sales tax.
